Glenarie House have a dedicated team of nursing professionals who jointly have over 75 years experience in the NHS, private healthcare, forensic psychiatry and community based Health care across all age groups genders and needs.

Comes from Lancashire, trained as an RGN. Came into the private sector over 20 years ago, when she opened Glenarie House. She has vast experience within the the mental health sector. She is married to our other director - Robert Grugel. Who has had a career in the police force as a detective. Angela and Robert are both very hands on owners, Angela will also will carry out duties on the floor as a registered nurse as required.

Ms Cassandra Kearney RMN Registered Manager and 11 years experience

Worked within the forensic services as a registered nurse for over 30 years. Worked within medium and high secure services. has worked within all areas of mental health from acute services - to discharge rehabilitation. Undertook Hons degree In health & social care, and completed Cert Ed due to interest in teaching. Contributed and undertook teaching of staff within the service, being involved with vocational training as a assessor. Left NHS in 2005, and became manager at Glenarie in 2007, continued in this post till 2011, continued with professional interests undertaking PTTLS in 2012. Left this post in 2011, and role changed to nurse administrator. Her role gives her the opportunity to work in close liaison with clinical manager managing  all aspects of the service.

John's professional experience includes 27 years of blast resistant design and construction. He is a recognized industry leader and speaks extensively to industry groups and government agencies, including the United Nations and the House Committee

Stephen Walton - 5 years

All trained to level 3 in health & social care. All staff are required to undertake 8 week induction, and required to attain level 3 within 12 months of post. All staff undertake compliance training every 3 years, and are involved on a continuing training matrix.
